Shapefarm as a company is built upon a unique breadth of expertise working on AAA projects across the world. We’ve been around since 2010, serving as an A-Team for game studios in need of better art, audio, better tech and unique narrative ideas.
Being a Swedish company based in Tokyo, our studio philosophy draws from western development principles coupled with Japanese flair and creativity.
We intend to leverage our years of collective expertise working on AAA titles across Guerrilla Games, Square Enix and Dice amongst others, to build our own games, and take our first step towards becoming a lead studio.

Admin and caretaker of humans. The sole reason Shapefarm can exist in a legal system.

If something can be organized, translated or communicated, Megu will make short order of it. When she doesn't produce games, she makes wedding dresses and dreams of sometime having a pet pig.
Unstoppably creative and dedicated to bring storytelling in his work, cheerful art director with a wide array of styles and artistic skills, fearless and daring. Marcos creates art and moving pictures 24/7.
Master of getting things done to the highest of qualities. Simon provides the fuel for our talented environment team to create amazing worlds. Expert painter of small plastic worshippers of Evil.
Our resident jeweler, smith and maker of many things. Tech artist in denial, and maker of the finest 3D art.
Crafter of the magical digital forests, landscapes and the punchiest action effects in northern Europe. The Art Director of Vane. Loves toy guns, camo and dioramas.
Tireless creator of everything in a game that can move. Inventor of workflows, better render buffers, and a plethora of smart solutions. Loves cooperative multiplayer games, fine beers, and miscellaneous crafts.
Digital architect, teacher, reluctant fitness expert, and tireless doer. Leads by example, and runner of a tight ship. When Casper isn't making game art at work, he makes tutorials on how to make game art.
Jimmy brings his years of experience into the role of Design Director here at Shapefarm, working with the entire team to create new and exciting IPs. Able to talk the ear of a bronze elephant, he always has a story or three to tell.
Journeyman creator of digital worlds. Loves games, art, and more games, also good beer.
3D Art Generalist
Keeper of small birds, origami master, chess addict and level design with focus on spaces and shapes.
Builder of living miniature jungles, tools for artists, and tinkerer of many things technical. Can also make about anything look great in a game.
Captain of environments, problem solver extraordinaire, and our resident rock star signer. Johannes' kitchen also deserves to be in the Michelin guide.

Ognyan is an illuminator of worlds by trade and a martial and visual arts enthusiast by choice. Catch him when he's off the clock for a fulfilling discussion on stand-up comedy and about his latest dozen personal projects.
Lighting / Lookdev Lead
An architect of emotions; an illuminator of dreams and a full-time epicure, Ana gets uses her lighting and vfx magic to get the perfect look and mood for our games, before breaking for beach volleyball and gaming sessions with friends.

When talking about flow, storytelling and cake baking, Sabine can keep you entertained for hours. She has a familiar in the form of a tiny dog, the biggest heart at Shapefarm, and the keenest of minds.
With over 150 published works as a writer of dark fiction, he's now using his experience to make weave narrative fiction for our games. When Konstantine isn't building worlds, he checks them for any nasty logical critters to make sure they're enjoyable to explore.
QA / Narrative Designer
With many years of experience of versatile and dynamic music and sound composition for the Creative and Game industries Chris makes us sound great. He also loves skiing, diving and tennis.
Dedicated programmer customer support, enthusiastic go-getter, fast learner, and passionate about Game Development and Gameplay mechanics.
As a purveyor of fine custom rigs, not only is he the animator's best friend, he's also an experienced animator himself. Guitar enthusiast, and currently the holder of 1st place in the Shapefarm championship of cool hair colors.
With a mindset of a sub orbital test pilot, Isamu has gone from a trainee to a full fledged technical sound designer in just under 6 months. When he's not working on the next moody ambience piece, he's playing games like there's no tomorrow.
A connoisseur of N64 era games and a Ubisoft veteran, Florian is Shapefarm's dedicated Graphics Programmer, making the games we work on look (and run) their best, no compromise.
